ABOUT ME

My name is Gábor Makovics, and I am a psychologist from Hungary, now based in Strasbourg. I offer therapy in both Hungarian and English, online, making my services accessible no matter where you are.

I primarily work with adults, incorporating elements of schema therapy, a modern and effective approach that helps reshape the way we perceive ourselves and our difficulties. Additionally, I utilize autogenic training, a well-established relaxation technique that supports stress management and emotional balance.

For younger clients, I provide play therapy-based support for children aged 4-7, and I also work with teenagers (12+) who need psychological guidance.
